Some of you are busy beyond reason and here is the answer to your sweet tooth problem.  These cookies arrive on your doorstep already baked.  They can be eaten right away or kept frozen for long term storage.  You will be pleasantly surprised by how fresh and chewy they stay even after weeks of being in your freezer.  How many times have you bought a cookie at your local mall, only to have them become hard as a rock just a few hours later?  What do they actually put in those "mall" cookies?  We use the same ingredients you would at home.
